Vacation Planning

June 29, 2007 By: damdanger Category: Blog No Comments →

When planning a vacation, even the planning can be fun if you are planning through www.sidestep.com! They have so many destinations to pick from, and the site is really easy to use. The hardest part is figuring out where you would like to travel!

I would love to visit New Orleans for Mardi Gras, it has always looked like a blast to me. It is quite easy to find Hotels in New Orleans when you decide to book your vacation through www.sidestep.com! You can plan everything on this site, from your transportation to get there, to the activities you will participate in while there, the place you will be sleeping while there, and transportation back home. I love when you can book everything on one neat little site, it makes planning so much easier, and you tend to save more money this way!

Another thing you can do through www.sidestep.com is plan a cruise. This would be my dream vacation, but my husband hates boats. There are so many different cruises to pick from, but I would definitely go with a Caribbean cruise, because I have heard rave things about them. When you book a cruise through www.sidestep.com you are finding the best deal on a cruise available!

House wants Iraq Study Group back

June 29, 2007 By: damdanger Category: Blog No Comments →

The House recently approved legislation to bring the Iraq Study Group back. This would mean that there would be an independent assessment on the war rather than the administration’s progress report that is due in September. I don’t know why the House thinks this will help, though. Last year the Iraq Study Group said that Bush should change course on the war in Iraq, but he pretty much ignored all of their recommendations. What makes the House think it will be any different this time?

Sexual Therapy

June 29, 2007 By: damdanger Category: Blog No Comments →

Sex therapy is nothing to be ashamed of. Many people suffer from different types of emotional baggage that can harm your love life in many different ways. Lily Kotila has been serving the San Diego area for a very long time and has built up a very nice reputation in her specific field. When looking for a San Diego sex therapist you came to the right place. She specializes in gay and lesbian relationships and mainly pre marriage for same sex couples. Don’t be afraid to seek out help in that area, many people seek out sexual therapy so there is no reason not to get help yourself.

Giuliani claims Bill Clinton made huge mistake on terrorism

June 29, 2007 By: damdanger Category: Blog No Comments →

Rudy Giuliani asserted that the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 were not the first terrorist attacks on US soil. The first attack on the WTC happened in 1993, while Bill Clinton was president. He handled it like a criminal matter, rather than a terrorist attack. Now Giuliani is saying that Clinton’s handling of the matter paved the way for further terrorist attacks, including 9/11. Of course, Giuliani is running for president, so we must take this all with a grain of salt.

Romney tired of attacks on his religion

June 29, 2007 By: damdanger Category: Blog No Comments →

Frankly, I’m surprised that Mitt Romney is surprised. Many, many people consider Mormonism a cult, not to mention that some of their beliefs are just plain ridiculous. But Romney is surprised by the fact that members of his opponents’ campaign teams have been vocal in criticizing the doctrine of the Mormon Church. I am more surprised by the fact that it’s only happened twice!

Maytag Dishwashers

June 29, 2007 By: damdanger Category: Blog No Comments →

For some awful reason in my house when they installed the air conditioning, they had the air conditioning unit’s water run straight into the drain, instead of draining out to the driveway, so it is going to be hard for me to get a dishwasher in here without doing some kind of rigging the pipes around.  I really want a dishwasher!  Maytag Dishwashers are supposed to be the best in the business, with long life expectancies and a real knack for cleaning dishes well, not just basically rinsing them off.  I have seen quite a few dishwashers that just rinse them off.

Paternity Test

June 29, 2007 By: damdanger Category: Blog No Comments →

These shows that feature women that have no idea who their children’s father is, is just getting out of hand. These guys take a paternity test to figure out if they are the father, and quite often they are not the father. After that the woman proceeds to test 9 or 10 other guys with no results. I have to wonder what these women do in their spare time…

US public fed up with Congress, too

June 29, 2007 By: damdanger Category: Blog No Comments →

The public isn’t just fed up with President Bush, they’re also fed up with Congress. Six months after taking office, the Democratic-controlled Congress hasn’t lived up to expectations, and their approval ratings are at an all-time low of 14 percent. Only 14 percent of Americans have a great deal or quite a lot of confidence on Congress. Boy, Republican or Democrat, politicians are just on America’s blacklist.

Friend Finder

June 28, 2007 By: damdanger Category: Blog No Comments →

It is often hard for people to meet other people without putting themselves in risky situations. Going to the bar with a group of people is OK but going by yourself can be very risky. That is why the internet has helped so many people meet other people, it is in a safe environment, and you choose if you ever want to meet the people you talk to or otherwise. Over at FriendFinder, they make the search for friends even easier than before. You can look for friends that fit your personality, and specifications.

Another good thing about meeting people online, is you can get to know someone better. It has been proven on many occasions that people who meet online, end up having a good quality relationship down the road, because during their time online, they really got to know one another without being inhibited by being face to face right away. Imagine just being able to be yourself right away, and meeting new and interesting people!

I believe that the internet is a great way for people to meet, and get to know one another, and I would recommend it to anyone who is seeking any kind of friend, or relationship. You are in control when you are online, you only have to let off as much as you want these people to know!

No longer deployments, according to Gates

June 28, 2007 By: damdanger Category: Blog No Comments →

Defense Secretary Robert Gates says that extending deployments to Iraq beyond the current 15 months is a worst-case scenario. Well, that makes me feel much better, because we haven’t seen any worst case scenarios come to pass during this war. 15 months is the limit for deployment currently – but that’s just for each tour. They can get sent back for additional tours – each lasting another 15 months.
