When Republican candidate for president Mitt Romney was asked to comment on the shootings of Iraqis by private security guards from the US, he said he was troubled, but wouldn’t comment further. The guards were in the employ of Cofer Black, a campaign adviser on Romney’s team. Romney said he’s saving his response until the investigation is completed.
